Returns and Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you need to return a product, we are here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free return process.
Return Process:
Return Period: You have the right to return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Product Inspection: Before returning, products will be inspected to determine their original condition and that label is still on.
Return Expenses: Return expenses are €4 and paid by the customer.
Refund: The refund will be made within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product. From Refund amounts the banking fees (approximately 2%) will be deducted.
Shipping to Greece: is €15, and we give you a €5 discount.
