Return Process:

Return Period: You have the right to return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

Product Inspection: Before returning, products will be inspected to determine their original condition and that label is still on. 

Return Expenses: Return expenses are €4 and paid by the customer.

Refund: The refund will be made within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product. From Refund amounts the banking fees (approximately 2%) will be deducted.

Important Note for Refunds: In outlets, refunds are not made, also when changing seasons from summer to winter and vice versa, changes are not made with new deliveries.

Shipping to Greece: is €15, and we give you a €5 discount.

Home delivery: There is a possibility that your area may not be covered by the shipping company.
